Pre-Order Processing

All products marked as Pre-Order are made and fulfilled after your order is placed. By purchasing a pre-order item, you understand that the item is not ready to ship immediately.

Estimated production and shipping timelines are listed on each product page. Current estimated fulfillment time is 4–6 weeks (unless otherwise stated).

Please note: production timelines are estimates and may be affected by manufacturing delays, shipping carrier delays, holidays, or high order volume.

Processing Times

  • In-stock items: Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before shipment.

  • Pre-order items: Processing time may vary. Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer worldwide shipping from Southern California.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

International Shipping

  • Delivery time varies by destination (typically 7–21 business days).

  • Some countries may charge customs, duties, or import fees—these are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update depending on the carrier.

Wrong Address / Address Changes

If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at project.antics1@gmail.com.

  • If the order has not shipped, we will update it.

  • If it has shipped, we are not responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect address.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Antics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked delivered by the carrier.
If your package is damaged or missing, contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
