Cancellation policy

At Antics, each item is produced with intention and limited availability. To keep production moving efficiently, please review our cancellation policy before placing your order.

Pre-Orders
All pre-order purchases are final once the order has been placed. Because pre-order items are made and allocated specifically for each customer, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

After the 24-hour window, your order is locked into production and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

In-Stock Orders
Orders for in-stock items may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, contact us at [your email] with your order number and full name.

If your cancellation is approved, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Antics reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests that fall outside of these terms.
